• All sources are appropriately cited and acknowledged.
• Any financial support or funding sources are disclosed.

• Permission has been obtained for the use of copyrighted material.
• Ethical approval has been obtained where research involves human participants, animals, or sensitive data.

Authors must not engage in:

• Plagiarism
• Duplicate submission
• Simultaneous submission to multiple journals
• Data fabrication or falsification
• Citation manipulation
• Guest, honorary, or ghost authorship

2. Responsibilities of Editors

The Editor-in-Chief, Managing Editor, and Associate Editors are responsible for:

• Evaluating manuscripts solely on academic merit.
• Maintaining confidentiality throughout the review process.
• Ensuring a fair and unbiased editorial decision.
• Preventing conflicts of interest.
• Taking appropriate action in cases of ethical misconduct.
• Upholding the integrity and quality of the journal.

Editorial decisions are made without discrimination based on nationality, gender, ethnicity, religion, institutional affiliation, or political beliefs.

3. Responsibilities of Reviewers

Reviewers play an essential role in maintaining the quality of published research. Reviewers are expected to:

• Conduct objective, constructive, and timely reviews.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of submitted manuscripts.
• Declare any conflicts of interest before accepting a review.
• Identify relevant published work that has not been cited.
• Report suspected plagiarism, ethical concerns, or research misconduct to the editors.

Reviewers must not use unpublished information for personal or professional advantage.

4. Publisher Responsibilities

Navkosh Journal has zero tolerance for plagiarism.

Manuscripts found to contain significant plagiarism, duplicate publication, or unattributed content may be:

• Rejected immediately.
• Returned for correction.
• Retracted if misconduct is discovered after publication.

Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work.

6. Conflict of Interest

All authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any financial, professional, institutional, or personal relationships that could influence the publication process.

Any identified conflicts will be managed in accordance with the journal’s ethical policies.

7. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy

Authors may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for language editing, grammar correction, or writing assistance.

However:

• AI tools must not be listed as authors.
• Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of the manuscript.
• Significant use of AI tools should be disclosed in the manuscript where appropriate.

8. Corrections and Retractions

If significant errors or ethical concerns are identified after publication, the journal may publish:

• Corrections (Errata)
• Corrigenda
• Expressions of Concern
• Retractions

Such actions will follow COPE recommendations and be carried out transparently to maintain the integrity of the scholarly record.

9. Copyright and Licensing

Authors retain the copyright of their work.

Accepted articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License, allowing others to share and adapt the work with appropriate attribution.

10. Ethical Complaints

Concerns regarding publication ethics, authorship disputes, plagiarism, or reviewer misconduct should be reported to the Editorial Office.
