Author Guideline
Welcome to Navkosh Journal: Journal of Immersive Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Digital Media. Authors are requested to carefully read and follow the guidelines below before submitting their manuscripts.
1. Manuscript Submission
All manuscripts should be submitted through the journal’s email (until the online submission portal becomes operational).

Authors may submit the following types of manuscripts:
Original Research Articles
Review Articles
Short Communications
Case Studies
Technical Papers
Book Reviews (by invitation)
Editorials (by invitation)
2. Language
The journal accepts manuscripts written in:
English
Hindi (Authors submitting in Hindi must also provide the Title, Abstract, Keywords, and References in English.)
3. Manuscript Length
Research Articles: 3,000–8,000 words
Review Articles: 4,000–10,000 words
Short Communications: 1,500–3,000 words
Longer manuscripts may be considered at the discretion of the Editor-in-Chief.
4. Manuscript Structure
The manuscript should be organized as follows:

Font Size: 12 pt
Line Spacing: 1.5
Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
Page numbers required
For Hindi manuscripts:
Unicode (Mangal) font is preferred.
Font Size: 14 pt.
6. Abstract
The abstract should:
Be between 200–250 words
Clearly state the objective
Describe the methodology
Present the major findings
State the conclusion
No citations should be included.
7. Keywords
Provide 3–6 keywords representing the main themes of the manuscript.
8. Figures, Tables & Illustrations
Figures and tables must be numbered consecutively.
Images should be high resolution (minimum 300 dpi).
Authors must obtain permission for copyrighted material.
Each figure and table must include a descriptive caption.
9. References
Navkosh Journal follows the APA 7th Edition referencing style.
Authors are encouraged to use reference management software such as:
Zotero
Mendeley
EndNote
References should include DOI wherever available.
10. Publication Ethics
Authors must ensure that:
The manuscript is original.
It has not been published elsewhere.
It is not under review by another journal.
All authors have approved the submission.
Ethical approval has been obtained where applicable.
Any conflict of interest is disclosed.
Plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, and image manipulation are strictly prohibited.
11. AI-Assisted Content Policy
The journal permits the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for language editing and writing assistance.
However:
Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy and originality of their work.
AI tools must not be listed as authors.
Any significant use of AI should be disclosed in the manuscript.
12. Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts undergo:

Editorial Decision
Revision (if required)
Final Acceptance
Copyediting and Publication
The editorial decision of the Editor-in-Chief shall be final.
13. Copyright & Licensing
Authors retain copyright of their work.
Accepted articles will be published under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) License, unless otherwise specified by the journal.
14. Article Processing Charges (APC)
Publication Fee: 1000/-inr , 100 USD
15. Submission Checklist
Before submission, please ensure that:
Manuscript follows the journal template.
Abstract and keywords are included.
References follow APA 7th Edition.
Figures and tables are numbered correctly.
Similarity is within the journal’s acceptable limit.
All authors have approved the manuscript.
ORCID ID is provided (recommended).
